Some of the past and present projects that Superior Contracting LLC has completed!

Modern Kitchen

We designed and built this kitchen with modern fixtures and a 10ft island. From the floor up we were able to work with the homeowners to build a dream kitchen!

Home Remodel

This project was quite extensive. The beach house is sitting on piers and had extensive water damage. We removed, replaced all rotted wood. We had to jack the house up to install new flooring joists and blocking. We were able to save this house from being condemned and were able to remedy the cost to the customer by working with his insurance company. All together this house received about 800sq ft of new floor joists, new floors, all new plumbing, some new electrical and a new bathroom. We even placed vapor barrier in his crawl to help with future moisture issues.

On the water

We were able to save this deck. We replaced all wood and supports, screens and painted this deck. All wood was replaced with PVC composite material due to the saltwater spray. This deck will last for many years to come!

Willows Project

This was a major overhaul of a well past due overgrown landscape. All told it took over 90-man hours and this picture doesn't quite tell the whole story. We were able to save over 80 sq yards of landscape and install mulch so this customer can enjoy her time by the pool just in time for summer!

Half-Bath to Full Bath Conversion

We completely gutted and transitioned this half bath to full bath with permits. Framing, electrical, plumbing, fixtures, barn-doors, tile and paint. This project was a labor of love and we were happy to work with this customer to completely transform this space into something they would be proud of. At the same time we significantly increased the value of this residence by adding this full bathroom. We would love to help you with your next project!

Mold Remediation and Remodel

This job was extensive. The upstairs bathroom toilet & flange was leaking for many years. This caused significant damage to the upstairs bathroom, subfloor and drywall for the downstairs living room beneath this bathroom. Superior Contracting LLC was able to remove 600sq ft of drywall with mold (popcorn drywall) and replace it with a level 5 drywall finish at the customers request. We remediated the existing mold and confirmed its removal with tests before, after and during the repairs to include sealing off the area and treating it with IICRC mold removal standards. We also replaced the bathroom subfloor, repaired the plumbing and toilet and installed all new tile in the upstairs bathroom to renovate the space. We were happy with the outcome of this job and so was this customer!

Deck Remodel and Paint

Another project completed! This deck was built for this customer and attached to part of the existing. Superior Contracting LLC worked with the customers Homeowners Association to bring this deck to life and paint it using Sherwin Williams "Deck and Dock" coating. The customer wanted a maintenance free deck solution that would last many years to come. Using Sherwin Williams deck and dock which is specifically designed for areas over the water to coat deck boards and prevent degradation from sea-salt spray we coated this deck in this elastomeric product. We also filled and sanded every nail/screw hole to have a flawless finish that won't peel!

Landscaping Makeover

At Superior Contracting LLC we are able to handle most everything as it relates to your home to include major landscaping projects. We removed well over 10 yards of old mulch and weeds at this customers residence and rehabbed her property. We installed weed barrier and 10 yards of new mulch to completely rejuvinate this yard. We are able to handle anything from mulching to hardscapes and design and we are licensed to do so.

Open Concept to French Door

This customer had a entry way that she wanted closed off for a home office. We were able to work with her and find a French door within her price range and install and paint to match this 60x80" French door by Jeld-Wen. We install all doors from French doors, slab doors, pre-hung doors, entry doors and interior doors and we do a lot of them annually. We are able to install doors to fit your space and also frame out a space to create a new office/space.

Flagstone/Paver Walkway & Retaining Wall

Superior Contracting LLC was contracted to fix this flagstone/paver walkway. The flagstones and pavers were breaking apart and were in bad condition. The steps were falling off the hill due to erosion and improper installation. We were able to save this walkway and re-secure it/re-level it. This project came out beautiful! Kitchen Remodel & Update

Superior Contracting was contracted to remodel this kitchen. From new cabinets, some new designs, applicances mounted in the cabinets & adding a new island; this design came out amazing. The customer was involved in the design and implementation of this kitchen from the beginning. All parties were pleased with how this kitchen turned out. Modern Basement Remodel

Check out how this basement remodel turned out. From permits, framing, plumbing, electrical to finals we were able to transform this basement into an open concept space that this family will enjoy for years to come. How about that wine bar with custom oak countertops and stone veneer backsplash!

Screened-In Porch Build

Superior Contracting was able to save and replace the existing deck by cleaning and replacing necessary deck boards on the existing deck. We then built a custom screened-in porch with gable roof tied into the house and matched existing shingles. Composite railings and all white PVC trim for longevity!

Deck Repair and Remodel

We were able to replace and rebuild this deck. The deck joists and interior framing was able to be cleaned and saved. We updated this deck with new 2x6" decking boards not the inferior 5/4 decking boards. We updated the railings and posts to a modern design and brought the structure up to current code. We also built in picture frame lattice along the ledger boards to prevent the customers dog from digging and going underneath the deck!
